Edgar B. Herwick III has been teaching Lindy Hop for more than a decade. He’s a co-founder of Boston Lindy Hop, where he has worked with thousands of dancers in the Boston area. He travels regionally, nationally and internationally to dance, learn, compete and teach.
He’s also served as emcee for numerous swing music and dance events including Stompology, Beantown Dance Camp, and the Roaring Twenties Lawn Party.
When not dancing or teaching, Edgar is a host/reporter/producer for GBH – Boston’s local NPR/PBS public broadcasting station – where he co-hosts the Culture Show and runs GBH’s Curiosity Desk.
