If you want to swing with a partner, you gotta swing on your own! A deeper experience of Jazz Dance; this is open to anyone of any dance background.

MOVEMENT JENERATION HIP HOP EDITION
Friday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
A genre focused WCS intensive to inspire your movement, challenge your ear & DANCE your basic foundation. Learn how to stylize your swing to the rhythmic beats of Hip Hop while exploring your natural, authentic flow of movement. This is an OPEN LEVEL intensive that welcomes both Lead & Follow.

PARTNERING REACTING, ADAPTING, and CREATING CONVERSATION
Saturday: 11:30am – 1:30pm
It’s time to take your dancing beyond just leading and following moves. This workshop will do a deep dive into the dynamics of creating a conversational environment within the partnership, discussing different aspects and methods of interaction between the leader and follower. This will allow you to have more interesting, fresh, and fun dances with various partners on both the social and competitive dance floor. Should be comfortable with basics.
