Neal has been dancing since 1979 and directing Dancing Feats since 1989. He has had successful careers as a competitive ballroom dancer, as a competitive swing dancer, and as an international instructor and performer. Neal also directs Swingin´ New England Dance Festival. Since the beginning of his dance career Neal estimates that he has taught around twenty thousand people to swing dance. When not on the dance floor, he is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Lesley University in Cambridge MA
Willow began dancing at the early age of two as a ballet dancer. She soon moved on to Jazz, hip hop, and modern dance, and later became a ballet instructor. She started dancing West Coast Swing in 2003 and began teaching at Dancing Feats in 2004. She teaches West Coast Swing and Night Club Two Step at Dancing Feats. She and Marc Levetin began a dance partnership in 2004 and have placed first at Summer Hummer´s Club Challenge, first at Swingin´ New England´s Intermediate Strictly Swing, and second at New Year´s Extravaganza Intermediate Just Dance. She also is the event coordinator for Swingin´ New England Dance Festival.
